I was kindly sent out a couple of lots by the British Asparagus group this week, so I chose to make this recipe, mainly because I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be a good idea. A quick note about the preserved lemon you do not always require to buy it especially for this recipe if you do not think you'll use it in anything else (due to the fact that only a really percentage is needed), BUT if you do take place to have some in the refrigerator, then I extremely recommend it as I think it works surprisingly with the feta.
