I was kindly sent a few bunches by the British Asparagus team this week, so I chose to make this dish, primarily due to the fact that I had feta in the refrigerator and believed it would be an excellent idea. Ends up, it was. A fast note about the maintained lemon you don't necessarily need to purchase it especially for this dish if you don't think you'll use it in anything else (since just a very percentage is needed), BUT if you do occur to have some in the fridge, then I highly suggest it as I believe it works incredibly with the feta.
